1. Agreement to Terms
By using KOAMI software applications, websites, and APIs, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are signing on behalf of a clinic or hospital network, you represent that you hold the authority to bind the entity.
2. Service Licensing
KOAMI grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our HMS and HRMS platforms strictly for clinical administration and hospital operations management, subject to software license agreements.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to bypass security authentication layers, reverse engineer internal databases, or upload content that violates national safety regulations or patient confidentiality guidelines.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
While KOAMI platforms are designed to secure clinical data uptime and stability, services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, except as explicitly outlined in signed enterprise SLA documents.
